OUR STAFF

Our personal attendants are carefully chosen, well-trained, and highly attentive to provide for the non-medical needs of those we serve. They are the heart of our business and matching staff/client personalities is our specialty.

When we purchased Compassionate Care in 2020, we were excited to use our time, experience, and expertise to serve our community’s aging generation. Caring for people has been instilled into us since we were very young. Whether it was helping with grandparents, parents, or family and friends with disabilities, being compassionate was a natural response.

WHAT STEPS TO EXPECT

First, we are required to do an in-home consultation. Meeting with both you and a family member can be beneficial, but not required.
If you decide that Compassionate Care is the right fit for your needs, we will complete and sign the required paperwork together in your home.
Office staff then creates your individual care plan and secures caregivers for your schedule. This can take some time, depending upon caregiver availability.
Communication throughout the time of our service is important; if something isn’t right, or isn’t what you expected, we want to hear from you.
