Testimonials

Dennis and Ruthanne Neeser - Willmar, MN

“I can’t put into words how much we appreciate the love and care given to us when Dad ended up in the hospital. I don’t know what we would have done without you. The concern for Mom and help for her and all the visits and phone calls afterwards meant so much to all of us. We knew they were in good hands and we didn’t have to worry. Your entire staff is so special and we are so appreciative.”

A.Z., Rice Memorial Hospital Staff

“Thank you for again going the extra mile to support one of our patients.  She was very appreciative of the ride and the capacity to get home safely.  We appreciate working with you.”

Renae Y. Sands - Richmond, VA

The Brammer Family - New London, MN

“There are not words to express my gratitude for your loving kindness to my mom. You’ve gone way beyond my hopes for a service that is kind, honest, and sincere. I know your Christian spirit affects all that you do and it shows.”

“There are no words that can express how much our family appreciates Bev and her Compassionate Care services. Both she and each one of her staff have made all the difference in the world with dad’s care. Communication is so easy and flexible and it is evident their philosophy is about quality of life. Dad looks forward to each and every day of their time with him.”

“Bev and her caring staff have been so amazing helping my father who is in memory care at Copperleaf. I live in the cities and they have been a Godsend helping me to get him to and from appointments so I don’t have to take time off and drive three hours. Always such nice people helping him and he appreciates them.”

Nancy

“You started a much-needed business and the name fits you perfectly – compassionate.  God knew what He was doing when He led you into this mission.”

O.E. Family

“Compassionate Care’s service is working well for mom. I see mom being so much healthier now — which I attribute to a regular diet of nourishing food. I have not heard any words of resistance so kudos to all the caregivers for doing a great job.”

A Client's Daughter

“Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for the wonderful care our dad received from Compassionate Care. We are especially grateful for you and Tricia for the way you were able and willing to check in on dad after his fall. We appreciate your connection with us and staying with dad at the hospital. You certainly gave our family support, with the distance that separated us from both dad and mom.

We are so touched by your love and kindness. We ask God’s continued blessing on you and the work of Compassionate Care. With Deepest Thanks.”

“I was most gratified by the compassionate care and concern which you and your staff provided to my wife after her recent surgery. My expectations were far exceeded by you and your staff in the quantity and quality of the services which you provided and the extraordinary attitude that prevails. It is like having another family member providing the care. The Christian emphasis is very obvious to all.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at 320-231-9868 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

While meeting with you, we are listening and learning about you.  We are already focusing on who the ideal person would be to meet your needs.  We carefully choose who will be a good match.  We follow-up to be sure that you feel the same way. This is the single most-important step in building an ongoing, trusting relationship.

Call us and we will discuss our admission fee, hourly rate, and billing method and if a reduced rate for longer hours of service might fit your needs. Simply call us at 320-231-9868 to learn more.

No, our business does not have the medi-waiver to bill through Medicare.  We accept private pay or Long Term Care Insurance if the individual services qualify.

Compassionate Care is a non-medical service.  We do provide assistance with dressing, self-feeding, oral hygiene, hair care, grooming toileting and bathing. We provide numerous other services that are non-medical.

Some of our clients choose Compassionate Care for their basic home care needs, and when needed, have a “Home Health Agency” visit to provide skilled care services such as medication management, wound care, etc.  Our clients are well-served when they can receive basic services from Compassionate Care, and skilled care services in their home also.

Our free consultation takes place in the potential client’s home setting.  A Compassionate Care representative will share about the various services we provide, and there will be opportunity for potential client and their family to receive answers to their questions.  If both parties agree to beginning service, paperwork can often be started that same day.  If Compassionate Care is not the service to meet your needs, we will help refer you to other great local services in your area.
